The secret to good guacamole (for me) is enough garlic, lemon/lime, salt and cilantro. Of course – it’s personal. The recipe here is my full blown guacamole. Substitute, omit, add… your heart’s delight. May this skeleton give rise to whatever inspiration speaks to you.

• 4 ripe avocados
• Juice of 1 lime
• Juice of ½ lemon
• 1 TBS plus 2 tsp. minced garlic
• 4 -5 TBS salsa
• 2 -4 TBS chopped cilantro
• 4 shakes tobacco
• ¼ – ½ tsp cumin
• ¼ tsp. salt

• Dash of cayenne
• ½ chopped tomato or pepper (for color red, yellow)
• ½ small onion or ¼ Vidalia, chopped small

In medium bowl, scoop out avocado and mash with potato masher. Add rest of ingredients and mix together.
If not eating immediately, store in container with lid, and squirt a little lemon on top to help from oxidizing and turning dark. Mix well before +serving.
