Orange tahini dressing











This is the dressing I used for this microgreens salad. You can use it on anything your heart desires!


2 inches of peeled & grated fresh ginger, to equal 3 tsp. ginger juice

½ cup olive oil

1 TBS tahini

1-2 TBS. orange juice

2 TBS. rice vinegar

1 tsp. dried tarragon

1 TBS tamari

1 TBS honey or maple syrup

Hot sesame oil to taste

Salt to taste


Mix everything together in mini Cuisanart, blender , by whisking the heck out of it, or shaking in a jar with lid.
